Ingredients
Quantities to be adapted according to your desires of the moment, you can replace the hazelnuts by other types of nuts. Preparation 15min, for 5-6 persons:
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 100g grated Gruyere cheese
- 100g hazelnuts
- 20 pitted olives
- 160g melted butter
- 220g flour
- 200g dried tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Recipe
- Melt the butter,
- Cut the olives and dried tomatoes into small pieces,
- Beat the eggs and mix with all the other ingredients,
- Pour into a cake tin,
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
