General
Kerbeleg is a private house and not a public place. We welcome you to our home to share a moment of conviviality and mutual respect. Visitors are not allowed to invite outsiders without prior agreement.
Communal areas
The lounges and living room may be occasionally accessible on certain days, when they are not occupied by the owners. No parties or events are permitted in the guest house.
It is forbidden to bring guests who have not been confirmed when booking a room. No foreign visitors are permitted to stay at Kerbeleg, day or night. Any breach of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Breakfasts and other meals
- Meals: No meals (apart from breakfast) may be taken at Kerbeleg, either in our dining room or in the rooms, of course. A list of restaurants in the area is available for this purpose. Please make sure you reserve a table, especially at weekends, in high season and on the eve of public holidays.
- Breakfast: Served between 8am and 10am, inside or outside depending on the weather.
Arrivals and departures
- Arrivals: In order to welcome you in the best conditions, please arrive between 5pm and 7pm. Any arrival outside these times must be arranged in advance.
- Departures: Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure at the latest, in order to prepare for the arrival of the next guests.
Use of rooms
Rooms are for rest and relaxation.
Please :
- Never eat, do laundry or hang up clothes in the rooms.
- Keep the volume down after 10 p.m.
- Use Wi-Fi responsibly and legally. You are responsible for your online behaviour in the event of a complaint by the authorities.
- Store your personal belongings and take care of the equipment provided.
Valuables must be kept with you.
Kerbeleg declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
Common rules
- No smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment, in accordance with the law.
- Decent dress: Please dress appropriately in communal areas.
- Respect for the premises: Rooms must be returned in perfect condition.
Any damage will be billed to you.
Safety and responsibilities
- Children remain the full responsibility of their parents.
- The kitchen is not accessible to guests without authorisation.
- Animals are not allowed in the establishment.
Ecology
We invite you to participate in our ecological approach by :
- Turning off unnecessary lights.
- Saving water.
- Using towels sparingly.
