There are hundreds of recipes for moist cakes, all different from one another, most of them delicious, but this one is sure to tantalise your taste buds with a rather unusual combination of flavours…
Ingredients

- 90ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 75g butter
- 90g brown sugar
- 150g dark chocolate
- 90g buckwheat flour
- 20g walnuts
- 6 teaspoons lemon salted butter caramel
Recipe
- Preparation of the cake:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the brown sugar, milk and flour.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave.
- Stir the melted chocolate into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into 6 individual ramekins.
- Add a teaspoon of caramel to the centre and cover with chocolate (to create a light crust when baked).
- Sprinkle with crushed walnut kernels.
- Serving:
- Serve hot straight from the oven
- Garnish with a small biscuit (for crunch)
- Serve with a scoop of lime ice cream
