Auntie Nana has prepared a refreshing little surprise for this scorching summer… A chilled tomato mousse, reinvented version of gazpacho, but this time in the form of a smooth mousse in which you can almost stick your spoon.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe garden tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of honey (depending on your taste)
- 1/2 boursin cheese
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil (for decoration)
Accessories
- Blender
Recipe
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Pour into small glasses or an individual bowl as a starter
- Decorate with a few basil leaves
- Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
