Cheese and truffle soufflé

Food-loving friends, get cooking! Today we’re unveiling our recipe for Cheese and Truffle Soufflé, a guaranteed explosion of flavour!

Preparation time: 25 mins
Cooking time: 45 mins


Ingredients for 4 to 5 people :

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g flour
  • 65 cl milk
  • 150 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grated nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil


  1. Make a thick béchamel sauce with the butter, flour and milk. Add the grated Gruyère for the perfect creamy texture. Leave to cool for a perfect base.
  2. Gently fold in the egg yolks, then fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites for an unequalled lightness. Season generously with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered dish and bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes. It’s ready!

Chef’s tip: just before serving, drizzle the truffle oil over the top for an irresistible touch of luxury and flavour. Serve quickly before the soufflé falls!
