Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g salted butter cut into pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of cinnamon
Recipe
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a ball.
- Preheat the oven to 180° and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Put a little brown sugar in a plate. Take some dough and make a ball of about 3cm in diameter between your hands. Roll it in the sugar and place it on the plate. Repeat.
- When all the balls are on the plate, flatten them delicately with the tines of a half fork so as to obtain a round and streaked cookie.
- Bake for 20 minutes (or less if desired color is reached).
- Cool on a wire rack and enjoy.
