Aunt Nana’s chilled tomato mousse recipe
Auntie Nana has prepared a refreshing little surprise for this scorching summer… A surprising reinvented version of gazpacho, but this time in the form of a mousse in which you can almost stick your spoon.
3 ripe garden tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of honey (depending on your taste)
1/2 boursin cheese
1 tablespoon soy sauce (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
Basil (for decoration)
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Pour into small glasses or an individual bowl as a starter
Decorate with a few basil leaves
Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
