Le cake salé au pesto

Ingredients

Quantités à adapter selon vos envies du moment, vous pouvez remplacer les noisettes par d’autres types de noix. Preparation 15min, for 5-6 persons :

  • 250g farine
  • 1 sachet of levure
  • 200g of rapé gruyère
  • 150g olives vertes
  • 4 œufs
  • 1 bocal de sauce pesto 190g
  • 1 bocal de tomates confites 165g
  • 1 sachet of pignons 50g
  • 1½ verre de crème entière fluide
  • 1½ verre d’huile olive

Recette

  1. Chop the olives and tomatoes into small pieces,
  2. Battez les œufs puis les mélanger avec tous les autres ingrédients,
  3. Dip them in a moule à cake,
  4. Cook for 45 minutes on four at 180 degrés
