When the weather cooperates and the fruit ripens to perfection on the trees, we happily begin harvesting the best specimens for our table. Each piece of fruit is lovingly selected, with particular attention paid to freshness and authentic flavour.
Our homemade jams are prepared with a respectful approach to the fruit, where we bring out its natural flavour without masking its taste with an overabundance of sugar. Our recipe is simple and pure, so that each jar retains the very essence of the fruit.

Since 2021, we’ve been looking after our orchard, planting new varieties of fruit trees every year. These include cherry, plum, pear, apple, peach and fig trees, which have begun to blossom into promising new recipes for the future.
